Job Details This is a full-time, hybrid career opportunity based out of our International Builiding in Hunt Valley, PA . Hybrid schedule is 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home following a successful 90‑day introductory period. Core working hours will be 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Role Summary A Client Services Specialist works with the Fulton Private Bank sales team and business unit leaders to ensure a high level of customer service. Performs a broad array of administrative, support and analytical duties supporting assigned personnel. The role handles service‑related issues, account questions, problem resolution, and escalations. One of the primary objectives for this role is to build positive relationships with peers, business partners, and colleagues while working effectively with others to accomplish organizational goals. Responsibilities Assists in the delivery of a quality client experience by quickly and courteously responding to client needs. Collaborates with the Fulton Private Bank sales team to research and provide answers to internal/external client inquiries. Communicates solutions either directly or indirectly with clients. Participates in projects to improve processes and enhance the client experience. Performs a variety of highly skilled administrative duties including researching and compiling data and reports, preparing for committee meetings, and processing transfers and invoices for payment. Responds to all internal and external emails in a timely manner, handling client needs with confidentiality, tact, discretion, accuracy and diplomacy. Performs administrative functions of the business unit, including filing, copying, scanning, supply ordering, meeting coordination, answering phones, greeting visitors, and scheduling appointments. Adheres to all compliance/risk procedures and follows corporate and industry protocols. Works as a team to provide coverage for multiple areas of Fulton Private Bank. Participates in training new employees. Additional Responsibilities May be asked to become a Notary. May complete professional training and progress toward certifications. Education High School Diploma or equivalent. Specialty general studies. (Required) Experience 3 or more years financial services experience. (Preferred) 1 or more years administration supporting financial services or sales. (Required) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. (Required) Outstanding written and oral communication skills. (Required) Excellent interpersonal skills. (Required) Comprehends account agreements. (Required) Proficient with mathematical computations. (Required) Ability to manage multiple client situations, needs, and inquiries simultaneously. (Required) Ability to build and maintain good cross‑enterprise working relationships. (Required) Ability to work independently or as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously. (Required) Ability to build and maintain good team member working relationships. (Required) Additional Job Duties This role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager. Compensation The hourly rate for this position is $20.43 - $32.31.
