Up to $129,168 annual salary with experience

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Director of Behavioral Health (LCSW)

A tribal health organization dedicated to serve the Shoshone, Paiute Tribal members
Outpatient setting focus
‘ Best of both worlds ’ - 50 / 50 breakdown between leadership responsibilities and direct patient care
‘ Bread & butter’ generalist behavioral health role serving a variety of case-mix and all age groups.
Traditional Monday - Friday or 4 x10’s scheduling options available

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Director of Behavioral Health (LCSW)

Seeking Social worker credentials with prior leadership and/or Tribal health setting experience
Applicant for this role must be passionate towards working with tribal patient-population
