Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pipe Foreman to lead and oversee pipeline construction projects from start to finish. This vital role involves managing field crews, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with superintendens and project managers to deliver successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and a deep understanding of pipeline systems. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise pipeline construction crews, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications
- Coordinate daily activities on the construction site, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task prioritization
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify adherence to project standards and specifications
- Oversee the use of tools like and ensure proper maintenance of equipment
- Implement project scheduling strategies to meet deadlines while maintaining safety and quality standards
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience in pipeline or heavy civil construction projects
- Extensive construction site experience with a focus on pipeline installation or related infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics
- Hands-on experience with OSHA safety standards and regulations applicable to construction sites
- Management skills that foster teamwork, safety awareness, and high-quality workmanship.
