Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise pipeline construction crews, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications
• Coordinate daily activities on the construction site, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task prioritization
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
• Conduct quality control inspections to verify adherence to project standards and specifications
• Oversee the use of tools like and ensure proper maintenance of equipment
• Implement project scheduling strategies to meet deadlines while maintaining safety and quality standards

Experience

• Proven supervisory experience in pipeline or heavy civil construction projects
• Extensive construction site experience with a focus on pipeline installation or related infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics
• Hands-on experience with OSHA safety standards and regulations applicable to construction sites
• Management skills that foster teamwork, safety awareness, and high-quality workmanship.
