Strategic Finance & HR Leader — North America
ROVEMA North America, Inc.
ROVEMA North America, Inc. in Norcross, GA seeks a Head of Finance & HR to lead all local financial operations and HR processes. You will ensure GAAP-compliant reporting, manage budgets, audits, tax filings, and drive strategic financial planning in a capital equipment manufacturing environment.
You will partner with the CEO and ROVEMA GmbH to optimize ERP usage, controls, and cross-entity reporting while guiding a lean North American team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
