- $20.00 $25.00 per hour
- Pay based on experience
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls appropriately
- Take and relay customer messages in a timely manner
- Assist with customer communication and scheduling coordination
- Schedule energy audits and maintain scheduling calendars
- Process Focus on Energy rebate documentation and submissions
- Prepare and maintain monthly Pearl certification reports
- Process warranties for products and services offered by the company
- Maintain organized customer files and administrative records
- Support daily front office and administrative operations
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Professional demeanor and dependable attendance
- Previous office or customer service experience is helpful but not required
