We are actively looking to hire a talented PMHNP Hybrid for our Moore, OK. location, who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Two days in office- Monday and Friday and three days telehealth.

• Fully licensed PMHNP B/C in Oklahoma
• Experienced in working with child through adult populations. 
• Sign on Bonus with Annual Incentive plan.
