Position Overview The Shift Supervisor plays a key leadership role in ensuring the consistent execution of the company's mission: delivering First Class Service to every guest. This position supports daily restaurant operations by guiding team performance, enforcing service standards, and partnering with management to achieve excellence in customer experience and operational efficiency.
