As a Technical Program Manager in Platform Product Management, you will drive large, organization‑spanning projects. We look for a candidate with a strong technical background, experience in platform, payments, and/or games, and a deep passion for the industry. Responsibilities Manage cross‑functional platform, payments, and/or games programs by collaborating with development teams, business teams, and external partners. Develop and manage end‑to‑end project plans and ensure on‑time delivery. Communicate status and the big picture to the project team and management. Provide hands‑on program management through analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post‑implementation phases. Perform risk management and change management on projects. Provide day‑to‑day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks. Drive internal process improvements, remove gaps across multiple teams, and ensure teams focus on high‑impact projects aligned with company mission and goals. Interface with Engineering and Product teams for project requirements and scope. Requirements B.S. in a technical discipline or equivalent experience. At least 2 years of tech industry experience and 2 years of program management experience. Strong communication, organization, and management skills. Excellent people skills. Knowledge of software and hardware development processes. Experience in a mobile or start‑up environment and technical management is a big plus. Experience working with external technology vendors and partners. Self‑motivated, proactive, with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
