IT Support Specialist

Description SUMMARY The role of the IT Specialist is to provide technical support and assistance for a variety of information technology assets & systems, including Account management, PC's, printers, servers, applications, cell phones Key Responsibilities Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation and LAN performance. Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps. Improves knowledge base by writing and maintaining documentation. Participates in development of client training programs by identifying learning issues and recommending instructional language. Avoids legal challenges by monitoring compliance with service agreements. Improves system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes. Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Travel to remote sites on a rotational basis to provide excellent support solutions to business needs (including after hours or as needed) Other duties as assigned. Provide on-call support as needed (including after hours) Requirements/Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Experience AD management - user creation/termination, group management, password resets, etc M365 admin SIP based phone systems Citrix Cloud/Netscaler Application management - M365, Adobe, Autocad LT, ArtiosCAD Experience with M365 suite CompTIA A cert, Sec cert, Net , M365 certs preferred Ability to utilize remote access Specific Knowledge, Skills Or Abilities Strong written and oral communication. Organization and attention to detail. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Time management. Systems analysis. Mathematical and deductive reasoning. Critical thinking.
