Responsibilities Complete assessments Administer medications/treatments Observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes Critical Thinking Strive to exceed patient expectations Demonstrate interpersonal skills Education Required Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program. Licenses, Registrations, Certifications Required State of Massachusetts RN licensure (or eligibility) BLS Certification Experience Emergency Department experience required. Licenses, Registrations, Certifications Preferred At least one year of nursing experience in an acute or sub-acute care setting ACLS, PALS Certification (required within 6 weeks of hire) TNCC Certification, preferred Shift Scheduled Hours: 36 hours a week.
