Customer Service Representative

job summary:
Join our Health & Public Service team as an IT Customer Service Representative. You will be the primary point of contact for our service desk, providing essential support to users and ensuring our operations meet mission-critical service standards in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

responsibilities:

• Provide multi-channel support via phone, email, chat, and voicemail.
• Manage and monitor helpdesk tickets to ensure resolution within defined timelines.
• Identify recurring issue trends and collaborate with supervisors on process improvements.
• Maintain accurate process documentation and communication templates.

qualifications:
2+ years of experience working in a collaborative team environment.

2+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or helpdesk setting.

Must be local to Tallahassee, FL for onsite work.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal).

Experience utilizing SAP software.

Expertise in Customer Service Management and problem-solving.
