• Are you detail-oriented with strong organization skills and a positive mindset?
• Can you lift up to 50 lbs and stay active—standing and walking—for an 8-hour shift?
• Are you comfortable kneeling, bending, twisting, pushing, and lifting as part of daily work?
• Do you want to learn the ins and outs of our products and production procedures?

• Confirm work orders are accurate and production-ready before you begin.
• Operate charring machinery, sanding equipment, and automated finishing machines.
• Burn, brush, finish, and package various wood designs with consistent quality.
• Run basic QC checks to ensure every item meets company standards.
• Track and tally job progress using Google Sheets.
• Keep your area tidy—clean floors and machines on a regular cadence.

• Experience finishing wood surfaces.
• Hands-on time with standard wood manufacturing equipment.
• Comfort using Google Sheets.
