As we continue to grow and seek to impact more lives, we're building a diverse, driven and empathetic team, while working hard to cultivate an environment where everyone can thrive.Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be available.The Opportunity:We are currently seeking a certified, or soon to be certified, Internal or Family Medicine Physician who is interested in joining an employer-based One Medical clinic that is committed to changing the care delivery experience for both patients and providers.Employment type:Full timeWhat you'll be working on:Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visitsTreating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visitsContinuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalitiesOngoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teamsUtilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office proceduresSupervising one or more NP or PA colleaguesWilling to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional statesEducation, licenses, and experiences required for this role:Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency programPracticed at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care settingBoard Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start dateState licensed in California, obtained before your One Medical start dateOne Medical providers also demonstrate:A passion for human-centered primary careThe ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgroundsThe ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality careClinical proficiency in evidence-based primary careThe desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare deliveryAn openness to feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into strengths and weaknessesThe ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations with both patients and colleaguesReadiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of our patientsThis is a full-time role based in Huntington Beach, CA at our Bella Terra Office .One Medical is com mitted to fair and equitable compensation practices.The base salary range for this role is $256,900 to $307,100 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
