Shift Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor at Anheuser-Busch, you’ll lead frontline teams in a high-volume Beverage & Food Operations environment to safely brew, package, and ship world-class brands. In the Manufacturing & Production department, you will oversee daily line performance, manage schedules, and drive adherence to quality, safety, and GMP standards. You’ll analyze production data, reduce losses, and champion continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma tools. Partnering closely with maintenance, quality, and logistics, you’ll troubleshoot issues, coach technicians, and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture rooted in ownership, innovation, and operational excellence.
