Responsibilities As an Applebee's Dishwasher / General Utility, you will help keep our back of house clean and operating smoothly. You need to be a great communicator and be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. You will work hard but have a great time doing it. Qualifications & Requirements You must be at least 18 years old, be able to effectively communicate with others, and be committed to making an impact. Compensation for Applebee’s® Dishwashers starts at minimum wage up to $21/hour, plus tips (tip-out). Other benefits include health care, flexible schedules, meal discounts, and paid sick leave. Physical Standards Must be able to remain stationary and perform well-paced mobility for long periods (up to 4 hours). Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Work in hot and damp environments. Requires finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment. Ability to wear protective hand coverings, protective face coverings/masks, and to wash hands frequently with disinfectant soap throughout the shift.
