Technology Lending/ Structured Credit Senior Investment Professional

Job Description We are looking for a mid to senior level investment professional to join our growing team to help originate new transaction opportunities, usually in the form of structured debt, to mid to late-stage technology companies. We typically invest $20MM-$150MM in businesses that focus on enterprise software, enterprise hardware, and other business to business applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in originating and executing investment deals within the technology industry, as well as a deep understanding of the technology industry. Responsibilities Originate new structured credit investment opportunities in the technology industry Build and maintain relationships with technology companies and investors Maintain relationships with variety of technology companies to monitor potential new borrowers Conduct due diligence on potential investments Negotiate terms of investment deals Manage the investment process from start to finish (in coordination with other team members) Qualifications 8+ years of experience in the investment industry or the investment banking sector, with a focus on technology for Strong track record of success in originating and executing on investment deals Strong understanding of the technology industry Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an entrepreneurial manner Benefits Competitive salary with additional compensation in the form of annual bonus and allocation of the Fund's incentive income ("carry").
