Key Responsibilities

• Customer service is our top priority and we are looking for an individual who can give exceptional customer service while building relationships with our local community.
• At this time for this position, we are wanting an individual to help with answering phones, making appointments and help our daily flow in a fast growing new business.
• Answering phone calls in a professional manner and provide daily reports of calls made
• Be able to show up to work on time and be ready to work everyday
• Confirming all appointments for installations
• Experience with permitting for mechanical, electrical and gas permits is a plus!
• Keep the office area organized
• Put away inventory stock as received and ensure work areas are clean and operational
• Maintain a professional relationship with co-workers and vendors.
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Be able to learn quickly to new and changing things within our company
• Experience with multi-line phones is preferred but not required.
• Any other duties as assigned by management
