Responsibilities Develop, present, and sell tailored insurance solutions to new and existing clients Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts and support renewal strategies Cultivate strong relationships with both clients and insurance carriers Lead and mentor team members (if in a supervisory/managerial capacity) Identify coverage gaps and propose suitable products to mitigate risk Navigate agency management systems for quoting, documentation, and servicing Ensure compliance with regulatory and agency standards Actively participate in networking, business development, and referral generation Qualifications P&C Licensed in Illinois 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance Experience with agency management systems (e.g., EZLynx) Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and carriers Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Proven track record in sales, renewals, and client retention Experience with personal lines is a plus Compensation & Benefits Salary Range $65,000 - $120,000 per year (commensurate with experience, role, and responsibilities) Performance-Based Incentives & Bonuses Health Insurance Coverage Paid Time Off (PTO) Professional Office Work Environment Opportunities for Growth and Advancement within the Agency About The Company Alpha Insurance Solutions is a nationally licensed, independent insurance agency committed to delivering client-first solutions with integrity, transparency, and professionalism.
