The BCBA Clinical Director provides strategic leadership and clinical oversight for the behavior clinic, ensuring exceptional client outcomes, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. This role is responsible for supervising BCBAs and clinical staff, mentoring future leaders, maintaining high standards of evidence-based care, and fostering a collaborative, family-centered culture. The ideal candidate is an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a passion for leadership, team development, and delivering outstanding ABA services while balancing quality care with organizational growth.

Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Arizona.
• Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of ABA clinical experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams and mentoring clinicians.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, ethical standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
