Mattress Firm

Mattress Firm is seeking a driven Sales Professional to join our Retail Sales & Business Development team. In this customer-focused role, you’ll guide shoppers through our broad selection of mattresses and sleep accessories, using consultative selling to identify their needs and recommend tailored solutions. You’ll demonstrate products, explain financing and promotions, and process sales accurately while striving to meet or exceed personal and store goals.
