Responsibilities Assume accountability for overseeing patient care and staff coordination Provide leadership by collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality care through the nursing process Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current RN licensure in Texas BLS certification within 14 days of hire Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience Preferred: Prior leadership or charge nurse experience.
