What You'll Do as an Assembler & Production Worker:

Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of automotive components and parts.
Work well both independently and as a team player to meet daily production goals.
Follow work orders and instructions.
Finish or assemble automotive parts by using your hands and hand tools repeatedly.
Inspect parts to ensure they meet the required standards.
Package products with appropriate packaging materials.
Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

Manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production experience is a plus-but not required. We provide paid training!
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Dependable, punctual, and motivated to meet production goals.
Comfortable working with or around fiberglass materials.
Flexible to work overtime as needed.
Able to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 40 lbs. throughout your shift.
