Location: Miami, FL (Preferred) | Salt Lake City, UT | Plano, TX

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Compensation: Competitive base + bonus, dependent on experience

The Opportunity

We're partnering with a highly profitable, founder-led fintech company looking for a Senior Marketing Data Scientist to help scale its marketing analytics capabilities and drive smarter customer acquisition decisions.

This is an opportunity to go beyond traditional marketing reporting, connecting paid media performance to customer acquisition, funded deals, credit performance, and profitability . You'll work with marketing and financial datasets, influence marketing investment decisions, and partner closely with leadership in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.

What You'll Do

• Analyze paid acquisition performance across channels, particularly Google Ads and Meta , to optimize marketing spend and ROI.
\n
• Own full-funnel analytics, connecting campaign performance and lead generation to funded customers, acquisition quality, and downstream business outcomes.
\n
• Develop and enhance marketing attribution, measurement frameworks, and customer acquisition models.
\n
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to measure marketing effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
\n
• Leverage SQL, Python, and statistical techniques to uncover insights, build scalable reporting, and support commercial decision-making.
\n
• Partner with marketing, credit, product, and analytics stakeholders to translate data into actionable recommendations.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• 4–7+ years in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Data Science, Growth Analytics, or Performance Analytics.
\n
• Strong SQL and hands-on Python experience.
\n
• Deep understanding of paid media analytics, particularly Google Ads and Meta.
\n
• Experience with customer acquisition funnels, conversion analysis, attribution, and experimentation.
\n
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to communicate findings to business stakeholders.
\n
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline.
\n

Nice to Have:

\n
• Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), or incrementality testing.
\n
• Background in fintech, lending, insurance, or subscription-based businesses.
\n
• Exposure to customer profitability, credit analytics, GA4, or modern cloud data platforms.
\n
