Job Requirements:

• 1 Year verifiable CDL A Experience
• Possess a valid Class "A" Commercial Driver's license issued by State of Domicile
• Current DOT Physical
• Minimum of 23 years of age
• No drug convictions or positive urinalysis in the past 5 years
• No felonies in the past 5 years
• No more than three (3) moving violations in the past three (3) years
• No reckless or careless driving convictions in the past five (5) years
• No DUI's in the past five (5) years
• No more than two (2) chargeable accidents in the past three (3) years
• No license suspensions for anything other than "failure to pay fine", no insurance and child support
• Must be able to fluently read, write and speak the English language
• Successful completion of Road Test
• Requires standing, stretching, walking, stooping, pushing and/or pulling in an outdoor environment. In addition, must be able to bend, kneel, twist, squat, stand and climb as required to secure loads.
• Requires use of safety equipment that may include non-slip shoes, gloves, and other protective garments and equipment.
• Able to lift 50lbs.

Compensation

• CPM(Cents Per Mile based on years of experience up to 10 years ($0.51 - $0.58))

• $3,000 Sign-on Bonus
• Safety Bonus - $3,000 annually
