Act as the primary HRBP for a dedicated global department, managing end-to-end generalist and business partner duties across multiple time zones and cross-functional teams. Provide strategic coaching to leaders on organizational design, effectively structuring global teams to rapidly adapt to external regulatory pressures and internal security initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor on talent assessment, career pathing, and succession planning for highly specialized roles within Engineering, Privacy, Security, and Trust & Safety functions. Lead the proactive resolution of complex employee relations issues globally, mitigating risk while preserving a culture that champions innovation and psychological safety. Oversee the full-cycle performance management process, tailoring goal-setting and calibration sessions to evaluate highly technical and operational outcomes. Leverage people data and analytics to provide actionable insights on team health, retention bottlenecks, and organizational scale within a rapidly evolving environment. Collaborate seamlessly with global HR peers and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to design customized compensation, engagement, and talent acquisition solutions. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Individuals who are currently completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related discipline. Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with external or internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process. Strong ownership, strong execution, and a results-oriented mindset, with the ability to take initiative and deliver outcomes. Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively. Preferred Qualifications Prior internship experience in HR, talent acquisition, or a related field will be a plus. Job Information The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $76000 - $128000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
