About Dimensional Insight

Dimensional Insight is a small, privately held software company boasting a 25 year history of stable, sustained growth, built on an honest, meeting-averse culture of open communication, tech savvy management, and a “Mom and Pop” atmosphere preserved from when it truly was two guys working out of a garage. DI has a flat org chart headed by accessible and distinctly non-pointy-haired bosses, where talent and results are rewarded and all employees have personal authority to affect the direction of the company.

Dimensional Insight is proud of its free-thinking, flexible work environment with the feel of a start-up but without the pressure of VC and grueling hours. Developers work in a small, unstructured, independent office of roughly twenty employees in a supportive development environment. They are given all the tools they need to take individual ownership of challenging, autonomous projects, from design clear through to implementation with the customer, where their work has a visible impact.
