$110,000+ at plan commission

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their real estate needs are met with professionalism and care.
• Leverage our innovative lead generation system to identify and engage potential buyers and sellers in the Asheville area.
• Guide clients through the entire buying or selling process, providing expert advice and support at every stage.
• Collaborate with our administrative team to ensure seamless transaction management and client satisfaction.
• Stay informed about local market trends and property values to offer clients accurate and up-to-date information.
• Participate in community events and initiatives, reinforcing our commitment to local charities and social responsibility.
• Utilize our personalized coaching resources to enhance your skills and achieve your financial goals in real estate sales.

Qualifications:

• Valid North Carolina real estate license and a passion for helping clients achieve their property goals.
• Experience in real estate sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Proficiency in using real estate lead generation tools and CRM systems to manage client interactions effectively.
• Strong knowledge of the Asheville real estate market, including current trends and property values.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to guide clients through the buying or selling process with confidence.
