Shift: 4x8-hour days (08:30 - 17:30), with 1-hour unpaid lunch

License/Certs: State dental license, DEA, CPR (if required)
Experience: New grads welcome, standard endodontic procedures experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay Rate: $3,819.00

What You'll Do

Perform standard endodontic procedures, including root canals, retreatments, and procedures involving WaveOne rotary system or other acceptable systems
Manage patient case acceptance and treatment planning
Use Open Dental EMR for documentation and charting
Provide high-quality patient care through thorough examinations and treatment
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Maintain treatment rooms and adhere to infection control protocols
Flexibly adjust patient load based on comfort and experience level

What You Need

Valid dental license in Ohio (or ability to obtain)
Experience in endodontic procedures, including standard treatments
Knowledge of rotary systems such as WaveOne (or willingness to discuss systems)
Good communication skills and patient-focused approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
