Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat adult patients with a focus on oncology-related impairments, including pain, fatigue, lymphedema, and functional limitations. The role involves developing individualized, evidence-based therapy plans to improve quality of life and mobility across the cancer continuum.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patients' musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and cardiovascular needs to develop appropriate treatment plans.
  
  
• 
  Create and implement personalized therapy programs based on patient diagnoses and specific needs.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients on exercises, techniques, and use of assistive devices to promote recovery and independence.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with oncologists and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
  
  
• 
  Administer and operate standard PT modalities such as estim and ultrasound as required.
  
  
• 
  Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Current, active Physical Therapy license in New Hampshire or a valid Compact license.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience.
  
  
• 
  Proven experience with EPIC and ExPro electronic medical records systems.
  
  
• 
  Must have own vehicle for travel and reliable transportation.
  
  
• 
  BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  
  
• 
  Previous travel therapy experience highly preferred.
