Remote Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor LPCC – Full-Time Telehealth Role in KentuckyWe are hiring a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor LPCC to provide remote mental health counseling services to clients across Kentucky. In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life changes, relationship concerns, and other behavioral health needs.This position is ideal for an LPCC who enjoys structured outpatient work, values clear documentation, and wants to provide meaningful support without the demands of a traditional office setting.Location: Kentucky Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMResponsibilitiesProvide individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platformComplete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical historyCreate treatment plans based on each client's goals, symptoms, and care needsUse evidence-based counseling approaches such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, or solution-focused therapyMaintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health recordMonitor client progress and update treatment plans as neededSupport clients with coping skills, emotional regulation, stress management, and behavioral health goalsFollow ethical, legal, and HIPAA standards for remote counseling servicesMaintain professional boundaries and a consistent standard of clinical care
