Medical Representative - B2B

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Medical Representative to join our dynamic team in Rabat, Morocco. As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals while building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the medical community.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and grow market share
Conduct product presentations and provide detailed information to healthcare professionals
Organize and attend medical conferences, seminars, and workshops to promote company products
Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing regular reports to management
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM software
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials and sales strategies
Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly
Stay updated on the latest medical advancements and product developments in the pharmaceutical industry
Travel within Morocco to meet with healthcare professionals and attend industry events

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
In-depth knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical products
Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
Understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulations
Knowledge of medical ethics and compliance
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Fluency in Arabic and French; English proficiency is a plus
Valid Moroccan driver's license and willingness to travel within the country
Sales certification (preferred)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs

Experience in Retail pharmacy sales
