Key Responsibilities

• Perform circulating duties in the operating room across a variety of surgical cases
• Support surgical procedures involving DaVinci robotic-assisted surgery, vascular, and urology specialties
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes throughout perioperative care
• Maintain compliance with OR protocols, sterile field standards, and facility policies

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Demonstrated experience in operating room circulating role
• Experience with DaVinci robotic-assisted surgical procedures
• Experience in vascular and urology surgical cases
• Valid driver's license (must be included in candidate profile)
• Must reside 80 or more miles from the facility to qualify for this contract position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Ability to adapt to varying shift structures within OR scheduling demands
• Strong communication and teamwork skills within a fast-paced surgical environment
