Inside Sales Specialist

We are seeking a customer service oriented Inside Sales Representative for a stable and growing industrial distribution company with a close-knit team environment.
This role is fully on-site in Boise, ID, offering strong long-term growth potential.

PERKS AND BENEFITS:

Salary of $55,000 to $70,000, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with 3% match, career growth opportunities, and a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Support customers through phone and email communication

• Process purchase orders, quotes, pricing, and product availability requests
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and follow up on quotes and dormant accounts
• Research products, parts, fittings, pumps, and inventory within internal systems
• Coordinate with operations and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Handle a mix of large corporate accounts and smaller customer requests in a fast-paced environment

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Previous inside sales or customer service experience
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to understand industrial products and components
• Comfortable managing a high volume of emails, orders, and customer requests
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning internal systems
• Fluid power or mechanical products experience is an asset, but not required.
