Breakaway Junk Removal & Demo is looking to bring on dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team right away.

Job Overview

This is a hands-on role involving driving, lifting, and teamwork. You’ll be helping customers remove unwanted items from homes and businesses while delivering great service and working efficiently with the crew.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate company vehicles to and from job sites
Remove, load, and transport items from residential and commercial locations
Sort materials for donation, recycling, or disposal
Provide excellent customer service on every job
Work efficiently as part of a hardworking, team-oriented crew

Requirements

Valid driver’s license (required)
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to lift 100 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
Available for at least 3 shifts per week
Experience with power tools (Sawzall, etc.) is a plus, but not required

Schedule

Start time: 6:00-8:00 AM in Lower Merion, PA
Shifts typically range from 10–12+ hours depending on workload
Weekend availability is a plus

Compensation & Perks

$16/hour base pay plus commission (avg. pay $20-25+/hr)
Tips paid weekly
