What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading the crew during your shift like a total boss
- Keeping customers happy and handling any curveballs with kindness
- Coaching teammates to be their best selves
- Making sure every sub is a masterpiece
- Keeping things clean, smooth, and safe
- Opening and closing duties like a pro
What We're Looking For:

Must-Haves:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handler's permit (or willing to get one)
- Willing to complete Shift Leader training
- Able to lift 50 lbs, stay on your feet, and handle a fast-paced kitchen
- Comfortable with changing priorities and unexpected challenges
