Bilingual Human Resources Generalist

Bilingual Human Resources GeneralistLocation: Santee, San Diego, CA LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to join our client's team in Santee, San Diego. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background and previous experience supporting employees in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment. This position will support a variety of HR functions while serving as a trusted resource for employees and management.Responsibilities:Support employee relations, performance management, investigations, and conflict resolutionAssist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and new hire orientationMaintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment lawsSupport attendance tracking, timekeeping, and payroll-related processesPartner with managers and supervisors to address employee concerns and workplace issuesAssist with benefits administration, leaves of absence, and workers' compensationHelp develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiativesQualifications:3-5+ years of Human Resources experience requiredPrevious experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment requiredBilingual in English and Spanish requiredStrong knowledge of California employment laws and HR best practicesExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems preferredAssignment Details:Contract to hire roleOnsiteLocated in Santee, San DiegoCompensation: $41.00-$46.00 per hour DOEMonday- Friday 7:00am-3:30pm PSTIf you meet the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please apply now — we are conducting interviews immediately!
