We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Dental Office Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our practice. This essential role ensures the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office and provides critical support to our dental professionals. Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in office management, clinic management, or practice management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in medical/dental software and electronic health records (EHR) management.
Communication: Exceptional patient interaction skills and the ability to communicate treatment plans clearly.
Operational Skills: Strong background in medical scheduling and workflow management.
Knowledge: Familiarity with maintaining patient records and strict record-keeping protocols.
Job Description
Operations Management: Oversee daily office operations, optimizing workflow and patient flow to ensure a seamless experience.
Practice Management: Utilize Dentrix Ascend for comprehensive scheduling, electronic health records (EHR) management, and record keeping.
Financial Oversight: Manage accounts receivable, handle billing inquiries, and perform precise insurance verification.
Patient Coordination: Communicate effectively with patients regarding complex treatment plans, appointments, and necessary follow-up care.
Administrative Leadership: Maintain organized medical records and manage managed care processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Clinical Support: Act as the primary liaison between patients and dental professionals to ensure all administrative needs meet clinical requirements.
