The Operations Manager will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement. This role requires collaboration with leadership to support strategic planning and execution, managing vendor relationships and procurement processes, and assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
