In this role, you'll help ensure our casino, public spaces, employee areas, and grounds remain clean, organized, and guest-ready. From responding to cleaning needs to supporting facility operations, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for both guests and team members. What You'll Do Clean and maintain casino floors, dining areas, offices, restrooms, banquet rooms, and public spaces Vacuum, mop, sanitize, and stock assigned areas Empty trash, remove debris, and maintain clean walkways and entrances Clean windows, mirrors, glass surfaces, and gaming machines Monitor the property for spills, hazards, and cleanliness concerns Maintain supply closets and replenish cleaning materials as needed Assist with snow and ice removal during winter conditions Respond promptly to radio calls and cleaning requests Support all departments in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Previous custodial, janitorial, porter, or facilities experience preferred Strong attention to detail and observation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude with a service-focused mindset Ability to operate cleaning equipment and safely use cleaning products Comfortable performing physically active work, including lifting up to 50 pounds Ability to work varying schedules as business needs require Must be 18 years of age or older Why Join Us 100% employee-owned—your work supports your team 35% of revenue goes to charity—your job makes a difference Opportunities to grow within a values-driven organization Keep It Clean.
