Applebee’s is hiring  Bartenders who enjoy providing great hospitality, working with guests, and thriving in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Pay & Earnings

• $20–$35/hour average including tips
• Base pay + tips

What You’ll Do

As a  Bartender , you will:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Provide friendly, attentive service to bar and restaurant guests
• Make drinks according to Applebee’s recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar
• Follow responsible alcohol service and food safety standards
• Process guest payments accurately
• Communicate with servers, kitchen team members, and managers
• Create a fun and welcoming guest experience
