We are actively seeking a highly engaged, motivated, and community-centered individual for a part-time Silver Sneakers Instructor in Laguna Niguel. Description This role is an opportunity to inspire and empower members by delivering engaging, safe, and effective group exercise classes for our Active Older Adult (AOA) community. This position will look to foster genuine connections, practice exceptional hospitality, and create a safe, positive, and enriching environment where every interaction is meaningful. The Silver Sneakers Instructor will help promote healthy lifestyles and demonstrate our commitment to supporting community well-being. Ensure Program Excellence: Deliver engaging, safe, and high-quality classes aligned with organizational standards. Maintain Safety and Standards: Uphold safety regulations and ensure proper care of equipment and facilities. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Age: 21+ years old. Education & Experience: Preferred: Two- or four-year degree in health, exercise science, recreation, or physical activity-related field. Coursework in human anatomy, exercise physiology, and kinesiology preferred. Related background in health and/or fitness. Certifications: Active Silver Sneakers Certification required.
