Diesel Technician Ford Power Stroke
Company: Maplecrest Ford Lincoln of Union Location: Union, NJ Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $40 $50+ per hour (Based on Experience & Certifications) + Performance Bonuses
Maplecrest Ford Lincoln is a high-volume, customer-focused dealership with a strong reputation for service excellence. We are growing and looking to add a skilled Diesel Technician to our award-winning service team.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair Ford Power Stroke diesel engines
- Perform engine repairs, fuel system service, turbocharger replacements, and emissions/aftertreatment repairs
- Complete warranty repairs following Ford factory standards
- Conduct multipoint inspections and document findings
- Perform routine maintenance and advanced drivability diagnostics
- Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of diesel repair experience (Ford experience preferred)
- Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills
- Experience with Ford IDS/FDRS diagnostic systems (preferred)
- ASE certifications (a plus)
- Valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic and team mindset
