What You'll Do

As a yoga teacher at Ritual Hot Yoga West Loop, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for our students. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading engaging, safe, and effective yoga classes tailored to a variety of skill levels.

- Inspiring students to deepen their practice and achieve their personal wellness goals.

- Maintaining a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere in the studio.

- Demonstrating proper alignment and providing adjustments to ensure student safety and growth.

- Collaborating with our team to uphold the high standards of Ritual Hot Yoga.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- At least 1 year of yoga teaching experience .

- A strong foundation in yoga principles, techniques, and teaching methodologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students of all levels.

- A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

- Certification in yoga instruction (preferred, but not required).

Students are welcomed by a concierge to show you the ropes, a comfortable seating area, and complimentary water and tea. The studio is all-inclusive; mats and mat towels, essential-oil bath products and shower towels, and all those sweet touches you might crave before or after practice have been considered and provided. Each practice is 50-minutes of candle-lit, fast-paced yoga choreographed to the bumping beats of the inspiring playlists of our teachers, bookended by meditation and massage. Each week, a new peak pose and class intention guide the practice. Advanced variations as well as inversions are offered in every class, as well as hands-on adjustments. Two yoga teachers lead each class, one to guide sequence, and one to provide alignment assists and demonstrations that benefit veteran yogis and beginners alike. It's a dark, hot, sweaty, rhythmic, soulful journey. The company's mission?
