We are looking for an energetic, creative-minded, and experienced Human Resource Generalist to support approximately 25 of our skilled nursing centers located in OH, TN, and SC. Summary Provides administrative support to the facilities Human Resource and Recruiting related needs. Qualifications 2 years of experience with HR and Payroll preferred in nursing home environment. Essential Functions Workers Compensation & Unemployment Management Train and mentor payroll benefits coordinators in assigned facilities Assist with policy and procedure creation, modification and review FMLA administration Participate in QCRs and Regional QAPI Audit HR files to ensure compliance Handbook Management Attend employee meetings/training, open enrollments as needed Provide guidance and support for all the facilities in all realms of Human Resources Review facility disciplinary and make suggestions Assist with recruitment/retention in assigned facilitiesPerforms other duties as assigned Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Knowledge of human resource practices and techniques. Ability to communicate effectively with management and employees. Skilled in the use of computers and the Microsoft Office suite of applications. Ability to be accurate, concise and detail oriented.
