Position Summary Sales & Resident Experience Consultant (Leasing Consultant) – You will drive the success of the property by leading your team and engaging prospective residents. You are enthusiastic, creative, and a people‑loving helper who “seals the deal” and maintains a professional atmosphere in the leasing office. Responsibilities Love people, all kinds of people, and build relationships. Achieve a closing ratio of at least 20%. Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective residents gather. Inspect tour routes and models to ensure they look their best. Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends. Provide ideas to the Property Manager for marketing the property and improving resident satisfaction. Communicate professionally with residents via verbal and written communication. Provide excellent customer service to all prospective, existing residents and team members. Demonstrate exceptional administrative skills with attention to detail. Qualifications At least two years of transferable experience in customer service. Ability to adapt to new technologies. Proficiency in writing, speaking, and understanding the English language. Energetic, fun, and a go‑getter attitude.
