Total Compensation Range: $180k-$280k

This opportunity offers physicians the unique chance to build and develop a thriving outpatient practice with the support of an established multispecialty network, strong referral relationships, and experienced administrative teams.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and treatment of acute illnesses.
• Develop long-term relationships with your patient panel while delivering personalized, evidence-based care.
• Coordinate care with an extensive network of medical specialists to ensure seamless patient experiences.
• Utilize advanced clinical technology and AI-supported documentation tools to improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden.
• Participate in practice growth initiatives while helping expand access to primary care within the community.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.

Schedule

• Full-time.
• Four hours of dedicated administrative time each week.
• Flexible scheduling with the option of a traditional five-day work week or four 10-hour days.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Eligible for New Jersey medical licensure.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
