CHA is currently recruiting a full time Chief for our Urology Division. The incoming Chief will have both clinical and administrative responsibilities, develop a strategic plan for continued growth, oversee and mentor outstanding professional staff, and identify quality improvement initiatives. *At CHA we offer:* * Leadership of a growing multidisciplinary team including 3 Urologists and 3 Advanced Practice Clinicians. * Drive strategic growth and care innovation while partnering closely with surgical specialty, and operational leadership across Department of Surgery and CHA * Collaborative practice environment with a built-in referral network of over 300 primary care physicians within CHA's Physician Organization and an innovative clinical model with over 10,000 urology clinic visits annually. * Comprehensive urologic care serving patients of all ages, addressing conditions such as kidney stones, urinary incontinence, prostate cancer and bladder cancer (general, endo, female and oncology). * Excellent support staff and dedicated practice management systems in place that allows you to practice at the top of your license * Strong commitment to Quality Improvement program with participation in American college of Surgeons NSAQIP and COC accreditation. Multidisciplinary tumor board and cancer program in place * State-of-the-art technology including *da Vinci DV5 and Xi Robotic Surgical Systems* with reliable first assistance by robotically trained surgical PAs. Various laser and MIS techniques and transrectal prostate biopsy systems * Access to interventional radiology and state-of-the-art radiologic imaging. * Multiple locations in Cambridge, Somerville and Everett, making it convenient for patients and providing a broad reach for urologists. * State of the art Epic EMR system * Clinical research/teaching opportunities with residents and medical students as a *Harvard Medical School *affiliate. The full time total compensation salary range is $520,000-$700,000.
