The Machine Operator will primarily work with manufacturing, packaging, and assembly line machines in a team-based environment. The role involves monitoring machine operations, inspecting product quality, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring safety compliance throughout an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate manufacturing, packaging, and assembly line machines
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform basic repairs
• Adhere to all safety protocols and compliance requirements
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain production flow

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in machine operation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of machine calibration and mechanical aptitude
• Familiarity with quality control and safety procedures
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and time management abilities
