Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans, supervise and mentor staff and family members, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality ABA services. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide supervision and training to team members, including PBS employees, family members, and stakeholders who support client success. Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction, skill acquisition, and generalization. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress. Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans to ensure success of the client and family. Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and PBS policies. Qualifications Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree. All roles are subject to local and state requirements related to licensure, credentialing and certification. Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations. Physical ability to sit, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs on occasion. Ability to create responsive systems that apply PBS principles for lasting quality‑of‑life changes. BCaBA Positions BCaBA positions are available with competitive packages based on regional and state allowances; compensation will differ from BCBA rates.
