What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you'll play an essential role in helping residents live comfortably, safely, and with dignity.

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Supporting residents with mobility, personal care, dressing, and bathing

• Building meaningful relationships while encouraging independence

• Monitoring residents and communicating changes to the nursing team

• Assisting with meals, hydration, and daily routines

• Creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel at home

• Working collaboratively with nurses and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional care

What We're Looking For

• Current New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• A compassionate, dependable, and positive attitude

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, long-term care, rehabilitation, or home health is welcomed—but we're happy to meet newly certified CNAs as well

• A genuine passion for serving older adults
